US Domestic Shipping
All items are shipped using USPS priority mail flat rate envelopes and boxes using Delivery Confirmation. We ship to all 50 states as well as Puerto Rico and APO and AEO addresses. We will ship your package using the most economical service for your location. Whenever possible we will use US Postal Office Priority Mail with a two to three day delivery time. This service provides the ability to track the package in the US and a customs number outside the US.
If you would like insurance on your package, please let us know and we will insure your package for an additional charge.
Up to 6 yards ships for $5.60 in a flat rate envelope.
Up to 21 yards ships for $12.35 in a flat rate box.
Purchases over 22 yards will be shipped in multiple flat rate boxes and/or envelopes. Shipping calculations can sometimes be inaccurate. We will adjust your invoice to reflect the correct shipping amounts. In some cases a refund will be issued via Paypal.
Your purchases will be securely packaged in plastic bags inside the cardboard envelopes, boxes or secure tamper-proof poly mailers. International Shipping
For shipments to Canada, Australia and Europe, the fabric is mailed in USPS priority mail international flat rate envelopes or boxes unless other shipping arrangements have been made.
The USPS priority mail international flat rate envelopes are not trackable or insurable. They are quite fast and reliable.
Customs forms will be filled out for every envelope and duties may be charged by your country.
We can only put 6 yards or approximately 25 fat quarters in a flat rate envelope. This is due to the fact that your envelope may burst open during shipment. I have never had that happen, but we don't want any lost fabric.
The shopping cart is set up to calculate your shipping cost by the amount of fabric rather than by total sales, this allows me to fit as much as possible in the flat rate envelopes and boxes!
We sell on-line only. We are located in a warehouse which is not set up for walk-in customers. We love to communicate with our customers, so please feel free to email us with any questions or comments.
We buy fabric from many sources. Some fabrics come from quilt shops that have gone out of business. Sometimes fabrics have been pre-washed. We will always state that in the description of the item. Some fabrics have been torn on the straight of the grain. We will state that in the description of the item as well.
